The postal department has announced that the distribution of polling cards for the 2024 general election will begin today (27).
Senior Deputy Postmaster General Rajitha Ranasinghe confirmed that the Department of Posts has accepted the polling cards for distribution. Door-to-door delivery of these polling cards started in several regions today.
However, due to a delay, distribution will not take place in the Colombo district. On November 3, polling cards will be distributed from 8:00 am. to 6:00 pm.
