According to reports, Kajal was also announced as the heroine, along with Pooja Hegde in the film. Various stills related to her in the film also went viral. Later, director Koratala Siva revealed on one event that he did not put Kajal’s scenes in the film as he felt that her role did not have much scope. This disappointed Kajal’s fans.
After this, Kajal’s fans have once again been disappointed, as the same happened in S Shankar’s Indian 2. Her fans were left heartbroken. Indian 2 has always been in the limelight since the project was announced. Initially, Kajal made noise in many events related to the movie Indian 2. The makers have made it clear from the beginning that Kajal Aggarwal will also be in the film, along with Rakul Preet Singh. Now, after the film was released worldwide on July 12, Kajal is not seen in the film. In fact, Kajal was not shown anywhere, even in the teaser and trailers for Indian 2. Kajal fans are unhappy about this.
Seeing the disappointment among the Kajal fans, director S. Shankar shared in a recent media interaction that Kajal will be seen playing a pivotal role in his next project, Indian 3.
Indian 3 is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language vigilante action film directed by S Shankar, who co-wrote the script with B Jeyamohan, Kabilan Vairamuthu, and Lakshmi Saravana Kumar. The film is jointly produced by Lyca Productions and Red Giant Movies. It is the final instalment in the Indian trilogy and the direct sequel to Indian 2.
