Telugu films are receiving global acclaim.
The higher up a film is from its break even point, the higher is the return on investment or profit.
Telugu cinema is on a roll in recent times. With so many pan-India films like Pushpa: The Rise, RRR and the recent Kalki 2898 AD releasing in recent times, Telugu films have been minting money at the box office and making a lot of profit to the producers. At the same time, there are some movies that have grossed a lot at the box office but the profit margin is considerably less because of the high budget of the film. Profits are generally calculated as the difference between the total earning of a movie and the cost of making it. Thus the higher up a film is from its break even point, the higher is the return on investment or profit. Going by that logic, let us look at some of the movies that returned the highest profits to its producers.
