Margot Robbie is reportedly expecting her first child with husband Tom Ackerley. The Barbie actress, who is enjoying her time away from screen, was recently seen flaunting her baby bump during her Italian vacation. Publications like People magazine and Daily Mail have confirmed her pregnancy.

Margot Robbie and Tom Ackerley met on the sets of the World War II film, Suite Francaise, in 2013. They tied the knot in 2016. People magazine recently confirmed that the couple are now expecting their first child together. Daily Mail also obtained photos of the actress from Lake Como. The actress’ bare baby bump could be seen in its glory.

However, it should be noted that neither Margot nor Tom have reacted to these reports yet. Margot and Tom have always remained private about their relationship. Their wedding ceremony in December 2016 was also an intimate affair in Australia. They had not announced their engagement before that.

Speaking to People magazine previously about her relationship, Margot said, “‘I was the ultimate single gal. The idea of relationships made me want to vomit.” She added, “And then this crept up on me. We were friends for so long. I was always in love with him, but I thought, oh, he would never love me back. Don’t make it weird, Margot. Don’t be stupid and tell him that you like him. And then it happened, and I was like, of course we’re together. This makes so much sense, the way nothing has ever made sense before.”

Margot and Tom began dating in 2014 and tied the knot two years later. She told the Daily Telegraph, “The most helpful thing I’ve learned from other couples in this industry is that you don’t go more than three weeks without seeing each other.” “Being in a long-distance relationship can be really hard when you don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. It can mess with your head, so the three-week rule is key,” she added.

Earlier last week, Tom had told The Sunday Times that he spends “24 hours a day” with his actress wife. “It’s seamless. We don’t have a toggle on, toggle off. It’s all become one thing,” he said. He added that Margot feels like an honorary Brit while he feels like an honourary Australian. The couple, who often produce films together through their company LuckyChap Entertainment, are all set to enter a new phase in their lives and their fans are excited and wish them well.
