Pooja Hegde is currently busy shooting for her upcoming film tentatively titled Suriya 44 in the union territory. Filming for the project began last month and is currently underway in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Amid the shooting schedule, the actress manages to explore the stunning landscapes of the picturesque island paradise. Hours ago, she treated her fans to captivating selfies. The images showcase her posing for a selfie in a bathrobe.

Following her role in Beast, Pooja Hegde sets the course for her next Tamil film. Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj, the project will mark the Radhe Shyam actress’ reunion with Suriya. While the Jai Bhim actor started filming weeks ago, Pooja recently joined him to shoot a significant portion of the schedule in Andaman and Nicobar. She will be reportedly wrapping up by the second week of July.
Besides Pooja Hegde, the Suriya starrer will also feature actors like Jayaram, Karunakaran and Joju George in key roles, with Santhosh Narayanan spearheading the music department. The film also marks Suriya’s first collaboration with the director Karthik Subbaraj.
Despite hectic schedules, Pooja Hegde makes sure to not miss out on her workout. Earlier, she treated us to a glimpse of her post-workout glow and it is indeed an inspiration. Sporting a no-makeup look in black and neon activewear, Pooja wrote, “Positively flushed. Post gym Pooch.”
That’s not all. Pooja Hegde is gearing up for a stellar year with three eagerly awaited films including Deva, Sanki and Suriya 44. She also has three other big banner projects in her kitty that are yet to be disclosed. Deva, directed by Rosshan Andrrews, is an action thriller featuring Shahid Kapoor in the lead role. It is produced under the banner of Zee Studios and Roy Kapur Films. The film is scheduled for a Dussehra release this October.
Speaking of Sanki, the film will feature Pooja alongside Ahan Shetty. It is slated to hit theatres on 14 February 2025. Backed by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, the film’s direction has been done by Adnan A. Shaikh and Yasir Jah.
