Celebrity trainer Kris Gethin once highlighted that Hrithik Roshan’s weight training sessions lasted between 45 to 60 minutes.

Hrithik Roshan, renowned for his impeccable fitness, has been a stalwart in Bollywood since his debut in Kaho Naa…Pyaar Hai. Not only for his acting skills but his fitness routine has inspired many, often outshining actors much younger than him. His trainer, Kris Gethin, once shared insights into Roshan’s rigorous workout routines and dietary regimen, particularly during his preparation for the film Fighter. During a 2023 interview with GQ India, Kris Gethin had revealed that he trained the actor five days a week, with a schedule of two days on and one day off. If the actor felt fully recovered and well-rested, they would sometimes extend the training to three consecutive days.

Gethin highlighted that Roshan’s weight training sessions lasted between 45 to 60 minutes, focusing on two body parts per session such as back and biceps, chest and triceps or shoulders and abs. Additionally, Hrithik Roshan ensured to achieve a minimum of 10,000 steps daily, incorporating activities like jogging on the beach or swimming for at least 40 minutes of cardio. Gethin emphasised the importance of varying workouts regularly to prevent adaptation and maintain interest.

Hrithik impressed his fans with his stunning physique in the film Fighter. The actor adhered to a strict diet regimen to achieve that desired look. While speaking to India Today, Kris spoke about the actor’s dietary choices when he was preparing for his role in the film. He revealed Hrithik consumed six to seven meals every day. His diet included single-form ingredients like whey protein, fish, egg whites, chicken, oats, quinoa, sweet potato, and rice.

Hrithik himself once gave a sneak peek into his diet routine. Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Hrithik shared, “I follow a certain kind of diet. I wake up, and I have 6 egg whites along with some avocado. After that, my next four meals are a set meal which I have in a box that contains 70 grams of protein, some salads, and veggies and I keep modifying things depending on my weighing scale.”

On the professional front, Hrithik Roshan is gearing up for Ayan Mukerji’s upcoming action film War 2. It also features N.T.Rama Rao Jr and Kiara Advani in pivotal roles. The actor will be also seen in Karan Malhotra’s scientific-thriller film Krrish 4.
