Reflecting on their upbringing, Richa shared, “We have had very free upbringings where no restrictions were placed on us by our parents. So, I think we will do the same. We will also surely try to inculcate the spirit of curiosity in the child.”

She is channeling her energy into enhancing the couple’s production house, seizing the opportunity to scout new talent, engage with fresh creators, read their scripts, and bring their visions to life. Despite the upcoming milestone of parenthood, the 37-year-old actress has planned her professional life post-pregnancy with dexterity. Richa is set to begin working on her next project, a romantic comedy featuring over 15 songs, scheduled to start filming later this year or early 2025. The film’s production aims to capture the stunning autumn in Himachal Pradesh, with plans to roll cameras in October.
Reflecting on her current phase, Chadha remarked, “While I’m away from shooting, I’m not away from stories.” Additionally, Ali Fazal is fully embracing his upcoming role as a father, planning to take a month-long paternity leave to fully immerse himself in dad’s duties.
