It’s a rare sight to catch a glimpse of Radhika Merchant’s family, but a photo of Nita Ambani with Anant Ambani’s mother-in-law, Shaila Viren Merchant, from the Grah Shanti Puja is going viral online. Shaila Viren Merchant looked beautiful in a white and gold traditional sari. Anant and Radhika are gearing up for their wedding, and the Ambanis hosted the Grah Shanti Puja on Monday afternoon in anticipation of the grand ceremony. In another photo, Radhika is seen smiling alongside her sister Anjali, who looked resplendent in a red sari. Radhika’s mother, Shaila Viren Merchant, hails from the Kutch district of Gujarat. She and Viren Merchant have two daughters – Radhika and Anjali. In a photo that is doing the rounds on social media, Nita Ambani is seen posing with Shaila Merchant and the singers who performed at the puja.

Radhika looked elegant in a white and gold sari paired with a red embroidered blouse and traditional jewelry, with a chandan and kumkum bindi on her forehead. Pictures of her with Nita Ambani are trending on social media platforms. Singers Vishal Mishra, Swapnil Mitry, and Nikita added to the auspicious atmosphere with their performances at the event. Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are all set to tie the knot on July 12, but their pre-wedding festivities have been a whirlwind since March. The Ambani family pulled out all the stops by organizing a grand sangeet ceremony for the couple on Friday at the prestigious Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC). The dress code for the occasion was Indian Regal Glam, adding to the royal aura of the occasion. As the celebrations kicked off, a galaxy of celebrities graced the venue with their presence. The ceremony was a star-studded event which was attended by several celebrities including Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Mouni Roy, Disha Patani, Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani and Varun Dhawan among others.
