Ananya Panday Turns Maasi as Cousin Alanna Panday Welcomes Baby Boy, Shares FIRST Video; Watch

Ananya Panday is over the moon. The actress turned Maasi as her cousin sister Alanna Pandey welcomed baby boy recently. Sharing the first glimpse of the little one, the Kho Gaye Hum Kahan actress wrote, ‘My beautiful baby boy nephew is here.’

Alanna shared the video and wrote, ‘Our little angel is here .’

Ananya Panday’s cousin Alanna Panday, who tied the knot with Ivor McCray last year, announced her pregnancy in the month of March. Alanna Panday posted a video on Instagram on Wednesday, showing herself and Ivor dressed in white. They sat beside a white gender reveal cake with ‘baby’ written on it. When they cut into the cake, the light blue sponge inside revealed they were expecting a boy. Alanna and Ivor laughed and he kissed her cheek. Alanna had earlier shared photos from the gender reveal party, giving fans a glimpse into the decor done with blue, pink, and peach flowers, balloons, cushions and stuffed teddy bears.

In a video that the beauty and lifestyle influencer dropped on Instagram two weeks back, she could be seen in a floral, cutout maxi dress, her husband Ivor gently cradling her baby bump. The post was captioned, “We love you so much already, we can’t wait to meet you.” Ivor took to the comments section and wrote, “I can’t wait to meet our baby, I love you.”

While Alanna was in India, her family hosted a luxurious baby shower in her honour. The extravagant event saw the presence of numerous celebrities, including Alanna’s cousin, actor Ananya Panday as well as Aditya Roy Kapur, Gauri Khan, Shanaya Kapoor, Maheep Kapoor and many others, who joined in to celebrate the joyous occasion.
