Neetu Kapoor is celebrating her 66th birthday in Switzerland with her daughter Riddhima Kapoor, son-in-law, and granddaughter. Although Neetu enjoyed her special day amid the Swiss mountains, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were absent from the celebration. In a video shared by Riddhima on Instagram, Neetu is seen joining her family as they sing the birthday song, enjoying a special dessert with a sparkler.

Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt shared a heartwarming photo on her Instagram stories featuring her mother, Soni Razdan, and mother-in-law, Neetu Kapoor. Both women are seen sharing bright smiles and twinning in white outfits. To add a festive touch, Alia placed a birthday cap emoji on Neetu’s head. She wrote, “Happy Birthday Mom! My pillar of strength, peace and all things fashion..love you to the moon & back,” followed by heart emojis. Reacting to the post, Neetu re-shared the story on her account and wrote, “Love you too.”

Riddhima also shared a mother-daughter photo with Neetu and wrote, “Just us girls enjoying our bubbly. Love and only love. Happy birthday my mommykins. Riddhima also shared a photo with Neetu and Samaira, capturing “three generations” of Kapoor women.

Neetu Kapoor is one of Bollywood’s most popular veteran actresses. In a talk show with Karan Johar, she revealed that she began her acting career at the age of eight. As a child artist, Neetu starred in films like “Dus Lakh,” “Do Dooni Chaar,” and “Do Kaliyan,” all of which were hits. Her song “Bachche Mann Ke Sachhe” also gained popularity. “Do Kaliyan” especially brought her early fame and recognition.

Neetu made her acting comeback last year with Jugjugg Jeeyo opposite Anil Kapoor. While there is buzz that the film might get a sequel, it is unclear whether Neetu will be seen in the film or not.
